Vacation Rental Description

Creekside is the only way to describe this two bedroom, two and a half
bath mountain home. Crrekside is a Glenfinnan Townhome -- one of the
most popular homes within Yonahlossee Resort and Club.  Yonahlossee is
a private gated community located four miles outside of the Village of
Blowing Rock.  Situated on almost three hundred acres bording Moses
Cone Memorial Park, Yonahlossee is known for its natural undisturbed
setting, beautiful homes, and award winning amenities.  As a guest of
the Resort, one can enjoy the six outdoor clay tennis courts, three
indoor tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, two fitness centers,
sauna, and fine dining at the four-star Gamekeeper Restaurant.  A
fully equipped Pro Shop and two full-time pros are available. 
Director of Tennis, Bob Lake, has been with Yonahlossee since 1987 and
also serves as the Head Tennis Coach at nearby Appalachian State
University.

The Foyer of this welcoming home is open with a grand staircase that
leads to the upper level. Down the hallway is the Great Room with high
ceilings, stone fireplace surrounded by built-in bookshelves, and huge
windows that rise from floor-to-ceiling. Open to the Great Room is a
spacious Dining Room that shares the high ceilings and large windows.
The double tiered decks are accessed via sliding glass doors in the
Dining Room.

The U-shaped Kitchen with abundant work space and oak cabinetry is
open to the Dining Room via a generous eat-at bar. The Kitchen is
fully equipped with everything one might imagine.

The upper level Master Bedroom with large walk-in closet is furnished
with a king bed (new in 2006). The adjoining, spacious Master Bath
features double vanities, linen closet, and a glorious circulating
tub. The main floor Guest Bedroom with queen bed has its own ensuite
full bath with tub.

Creekside is perfect for two couples seeking a peaceful respite away
from it all.

Guests of Creekside are welcome to enjoy all of the amenities of
Yonahlossee Resort and Club including 
a 25-yard indoor swimming pool, two fitness centers, sauna, three
indoor Deco-Turf tennis courts, six outdoor clay tennis courts, two
full-time tennis pros, and a fully equipped Pro Shop.  Use of the
pool, fitness centers, and sauna are complimentary.  Minimal fees are
charged for use of the tennis courts and for tennis instruction.
Gourmet diners will delight in the fare offered by the onsite and
four-star Gamekeeper Restaurant.

Activities and Attractions

Creekside is located just minutes from the Village of Blowing Rock
home to wonderful boutiques, parks, 
fabulous restaurants, and numerous cultural activities including the
Robert Hayes Center for the Performing Arts and the Blowing Rock Stage
Company.  The Blue Ride Parkway with its miles of hiking trails,
fishing lakes, picnic areass, and scenic vistas is just 2.5 miles
away.  Nearby local attractions include Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather
Mountain, the Blowing Rock, Linville Falls, Linville Caverns,
Appalachian State University, public and private golf courses, and
four ski resorts.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates for Creekside are seasonal and do include a departure cleaning.
This fully equipped Glenfinnan Townhome is available for nightly,
weekly, or monthly rentals.  Well-behaved pets are welcome with a
non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay.  Nightly rates range from
$269-$439.  Rates are reduced for stays of three or more days.  Weekly
rates are equal to six times the average daily rate.  Monthly rates
are determined by the season and on an individual basis.
