Come enjoy year-round beach weather in our small town, island 
community. Florida living at its finest in Cape Canaveral. This 
beautifully decorated, top floor 3 bed 2 bath penthouse condo offers 
a wide sweeping southeast panoramic view of the beach and ocean. “In 
Mystic Vistas, the south view is the best view all day and all 
night”, says Mary Gowenlock, "Mystic Vistas Specialist". This unit 
is beautifully furnished, very spacious with 10-ft ceilings, ceiling 
fans, tinted windows, and upgraded tile floors thorough out the 
common living areas. The kitchen has granite counter tops with a 
full set of dishes, pots and pans, everything!! The master suite has 
a lovely king sized bed, cable TV in armoire, and a gorgeous view of 
the ocean. Master Bath includes large tub, separate walk-in shower, 
and his and hers sinks. Guest room #1 has its own TV with cable and 
connecting bath with shower. The third bedroom has a daybed with 
trundle bed, both twins, and TV. There is also a spacious fully 
equipped laundry room, so all you need is your toothbrush, and 
bathing suits. This is a great place for year-round vacation fun!!
