Family Friendly First Floor Beachfront Condo at Azure in Fort Walton Beach

Welcome to Azure -- Ft Walton's newest and finest sits on 515 ft of
wide, sugar white beach! This beautiful 3 bdrm 3 bath condo is ideal
for families. From our 1st floor unit walk directly out to the pool
or beach - no stairs, no elevators! This beachfront property is
meticulously landscaped and designed with 2 large pools (one heated
seasonally), 2 hot tubs and a water spray area just for the kids. Our
unit has 2 bdrms with king beds and spacious baths. The kids' room
has 2 sets of bunk beds with a fun beach mural to spice things up.
Our kitchen is well supplied and a joy to use - where else can you
make dinner and watch the waves roll in at the same time? Our kids
love to play on our large fenced patio and we love to sit and watch
the sunsets. This place truly has it all!

Our family friendly unit is well stocked for children with a
stroller, high chair, booster seat, baby monitor (you can sit at the
pool and listen as your little one naps) and rails for the bottom
bunks. We have a large deck box on the patio filled with all the pool
and beach toys you could ever need. We pay for beach chairs and an
umbrella on the beach each day. We even have a cooler to take to the
beach! We have 400 thread count sheets for the king beds, TVs with
DVDs in all the bdrms with a 32" flat screen in the living room, and
a stereo if you get tired of listening to the waves. We also provide
free wireless internet.Our laundry room is equipped with a full size
washer and dryer. There is also a well equipped gym on the property.

This unit is accessible to the handicapped and those with physical disabilities. We can provide a shower chair, grab bars and other items as requested.

The Florida Gulfarium with dolphins, sea lions, otters, etc...(our
kids love this place) is 5 min away. There's putt putt golf with an
arcade, a water park, great restaurants, a nice waterside park and
playground and a small movie theatre all within 5 - 7 minutes. The
Gulf Breeze Zoo, where you can pet and feed a giraffe, is less than
30 min away. The Ft Walton Beach airport is a 20 -25 min drive. We
are exactly 6 miles from Destin where you can find deep sea fishing
charters as well as snorkeling and diving tours.
