Indian Rocks beach only a 2 mile drive. Clearwater beach only 6
miles away. A short walk to Bonner Park through private gated trail, which offers picnic areas and dock
overlooking waterway.
2 hours from Disney/Orlando area. Tampa Int'l airport 40 mins. St.
Pete/Clearwater Airport 25 mins.

This seasonal condo lists for $1100/month from May 1-December 31.
In season rates are $1650/month from January 1- April 30.
In addition to rent, there will be a security deposit based on
length of stay.

Florida sales tax 12 percent.
These rates include phone, cable, water and electric.
