Welcome to your vacation dream Home. We have spared no expense in
furnishing our 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 story townhome. Inside you will be
escorted by your very own private elevator to the bedrooms on the
second floor. Sail Harbour is just minutes from Ft. Myers Beach and
is nestled on a private lake. Your vacation home is located right on
the lake with only an eight iron to the complex pool. Sail Harbour
is an exclusive, gated community with a beautiful, palm tree
surrounded, pool. With easy access to world class shopping and
restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet even the most
demanding of culinary expertise. Well appointed with granite
counters and stainless steel appliances, you will find yourself
spending a great deal of time entertaining in this area of your
vacation get-a-way. You can comfortably sleep 8 to 12 people.

Cancellations:No refunds unless another renter is found for same dates

Security Deposit = $500.00. This security deposit will be refunded
45 days or less after your departure. Any debits will be taken for
damage to the property, lost keys or cleaning beyond normal usage.

Cleaning Fee = $110.00
