Lake Champlain Waterfront Camp in St Albans

Thank you for your interest in our summer camp on beautiful Lake
Champlain. We are located on the West Shore of Hathaway Point in
St. Albans, Vermont, down a private, quiet dead-end road. You will
enjoy a western exposure looking over the Champlain Islands and New
York’s Adirondack mountains

This clean, newly renovated camp has one bedroom with a queen-size
bed. The front porch includes a queen-size futon and the living
room has a full-size pull out couch. This camp is ideal for a
couple or small family. Outside, you will find two private decks,
one off the porch and the other off the bedroom where you can view
beautiful lake and mountain views. The camp has 65 feet of private,
shale beach that includes a row boat, all just steps from your
private decks.

This camp is the perfect place for fishing, swimming, sun bathing,
biking, reading, relaxing or doing nothing at all while enjoying the
scenery Vermont has to offer. Take walks along the long private
road or ride bikes with the kids. In the evening, building a fire
on the beach and roasting marshmallows while watching the sun set
will be the ultimate way to end the day.

Camp includes a gas grill, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, fire pit
with wood, full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, blender,
basic spices, dish detergent, starter paper products for the kitchen
and bath, color tv/dvd player, radio/cd player, new pillows,
blankets, linens and towels (upon request)and basic cleaning
supplies and toiletries. A variety books, puzzles and games are
provided.

Non-smoking/No pets

Things you may want to bring: cell phone, water shoes, sunscreen,
bikes, fishing poles, kayaks, etc.

St. Albans is a quaint town that has wonderful shops and fine dining
restaurants in the downtown area. There is also a movie and drive-
in theater for the family to enjoy. St. Albans is located just 30
miles north of Burlington, and about an hour south of Montreal.
There are four state parks within sight, Camp Killkare at the end of
Hathaway Point, Burtons Island, Woods Island and Knights Island are
all within a short kayak paddle.

Our camp rental runs from 1:00 p.m. Saturday to 10:00 a.m. the
following Saturday.
This seasonal camp is available from late May-September.
Rental rate is $600.00 week.
Visa/ Mastercard accepted.
*50 % of the rental fee is due to secure your reservation. Balance
of reservation is due upon your arrival. Cancellations must be made
30 days prior to your check in date to receive a refund of your
reservation fee.
