4 Houses To The Beach!! in Hermosa Beach

Delightful home, so close to the beach, with wonderful views. We are the 4th house
from the beach. Completely remodeled in 2006 with new windows, refinished hardwood
floors and new carpet. Just repainted again in Sept 2008 so that it is always fresh.
New furniture pieces including 3 new queen (very comfy) beds.
Our house very easily accommodates 4-6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Our third bedroom with a queen
futon has a True Mattress, not a pad. This room has a 2nd TV and can be used as a family room if
you wish, but we still have a formal living room with another TV and a
dining room as well. Brick Patio and grassy area among several trees for morning coffee or that
glass of wine in the evening when the sun sets. One picture is from inside house looking
towards water, other from out front of house looking toward the beach. All new appliances
including washer/dryer. High speed wireless internet. We also have graco port-a-crib for
babies and stroller.

Major revamp in '2006, our home is just 4 houses from the
beach in beautiful North Hermosa Beach. Located walking distance to
both Downtown Hermosa and Downtown Manhattan Beach where you can
enjoy many fine restaurants (or take-out restaurants) and
shopping. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a terrific view of the
ocean. Charming decor with new couch, recliners, Two Pine armoire
entertainment centers, 3 tv's and fully equipped kitchen. The cook
even gets an ocean view!! Two fireplaces. New sheets, New towels,
New comforters. High speed wireless internet. We have beach chairs,
beach towels, beach umbrella, beach cooler and even a wagon for
carting it all to the beach!! We have a small enclosed yard off the
3rd bedroom and a grassy area with brick patio, table & chairs and
patio umbrella for reading the paper with your morning coffee and
for evening bbq's.

Fishing, surfing, boating, sunbathing, swimming--you name it! Two
boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrella in double-car-
garage. Freeway-close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Magic
Mountain, Universal Studios, Universal City Walk, Venice Beach
Boardwalk with shops and vendors. Shopping on Melrose in Beverly
Hills, Santa Monica Promenade, etc. Two large indoor-shopping-malls
within 15 minute drive of house. Local movies theatres. Beach
town 'mom and pop-markets'within 2 blocks of house for last minute
dinner items.

High season & holidays $2595/week, low season $2150-2350/week. Monthly
rates negotiable.
