cable TV's, shower with steam bath, jacuzzi tub, full kitchen,

area, living room, washer/dryer and a patio.
The condos are in a spacious 256 acre gated community. The area is
steeped in history and heritage. A highlight of the resort is a
furnished manor house (circa 1735) that is listed on the National
Register of Historic Places.

This was a wonderful property with many things to do---very family friendly. It was a reasonable price and the condos are in nice (not new, but very nice and well kept) condition. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, pans and misc. kitchen items. The pool was great and there were many activities to do for the entire family.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing

Historic Powhatan Plantation - 2 Bedroom Condo

My family and I stayed in a 2bedroom, 2 bathroon condo at the Historic Powhatan Resort for one week. This was my first experience in Williamsburg as well as renting a condo for the purposes of vacationing. I must say that I felt very pampered; the staff was curtious, friendly, and very helpful; and the condo as well as the grounds of the resort were extremely clean and well kept. I could have stayed on the grounds of the resort for the entire week without having to do any other site seeing. The resort had 3 outdoor pools, an outdoor children's pool, an outdoor hot tub; an indoor pool and hot tub; numerous activities, a restaurant and the list of the amenities could just go on and on. Words can not describe how pleased I was with my rental. I enjoyed it so much that I am going to look for other Diamond Resorts that are located in the United States.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
