surfing, shelling. 

Great shops in the Village and next door at Rosemary Beach.  Award
winning restaurants

Golf Course is nearby, with 36 holes of golf, driving range, snack
bar, pro shop.

Just across the street is a safe, off-road paved path for biking and
jogging and 
rollerblading.  Extends all along Scenic 30-A.
