This Sunbird condo is located on one of the prettiest beaches in 
the world and provides a relaxing get-away and beach vacation 
experience. Enjoy the beautiful views, spectacular sunsets, and the 
beach at your backdoor. Come to relax in this beautiful location.
This unit is on the ninth floor and overlooks the main deck and 
pool.The private balcony offers the best sunset views anywhere!
Sunbird has three swimming pools, one of which is heated, private balcony, and an electronic gate 
with security code for access.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit has all standard appliances, cable TV in both living room and bedroom, VCR/DVD and local 
telephone service in the living room.
Fully equipped kitchen, including ice maker.
We have repainted this entire unit as well as installed ceramic tile and new carpet in the bedroom.  
The living room and bedroom furniture have all been newly purchased beginning the 2008 season. This 
condo sleeps 4 comfortably.  Full size pull-out sofa sleeper in living room.

All beach amenities, Sunbird is right in the middle of Panama City 
Beach at its finest.

Summer Rates Beginning June 1st        $850.00 per week - PLEASE CALL OR E-MAIL FOR SPECIAL OFFER ON

Off season monthly rates available.

$200.00 refundable deposit required to hold dates less $60.00 cleaning fee.
