Vacation Rental Description

High atop Lookout Mountain there is a place that is purely 
exhilarating to the soul. Four hundred twenty acres of sanctuary 
nestled in a location that for all its remoteness is just 
under two hours from Atlanta, Birmingham and Nashville -- and only 
minutes from historic Chattanooga. A pristine and strikingly 
beautiful setting where all the amenities of an exclusive gated golf 
course community fit naturally into the landscape.

This 2000 square foot, two story villa consists of all the comforts 
that you would expect and more.  Villa includes ground floor master 
suite, vaulted ceiling, two car garage, custom cabinetry, granite 
counter tops, stainless steel appliances with a fully stocked 
kitchen.  It is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath and will accomodate three 
couples or four individuals.  Located adjacent to the 15th fairway, 
this unit has a walk out patio. Perfect for large groups or 
weddings, as there are other units that are located in close 
proximity to one another. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Canyon Ridge Club opened for play in June of 2005.  The par 71, 
18 hole championship course was designed by Rick Robbins.  He was 
given instructions to find the best 18 holes anywhere on the 450 
acre parcel, and he succeeded with a superb layout that he feels may 
be his best design to date.  The holes are routed through a dramatic 
setting of mountain meadows, streams and natural rock landscapes.  
Elevated tees provide magnificent views in every direction.  No two 
holes are alike, and the pure scale of the land makes each hole feel 
worlds apart from the others.  An ever changing wind cools the 
course in the summer and challenges the golfer to choose the correct 
club or face the consequences.

Rates are $229.00 per night with a minimum 2 night stay. If you rent 
for 5 consecutive days, the 6th night is free. Price does not
