This home is located in New Port Richey just 15 miles North of  
Clearwater in a beautiful waterfront community. Enjoy Immediate  
Access to the Gulf. 
 
If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, you just found it! 
 
Waterfront home includes heated pool, access to private Gulf-front  
beach with cabanas, barbecue grills, and picnic tables. 
 
Free use of new 16 foot Carolina Skiff boat with 25hp motor. If  
you’re into fishing you also have the option to hire a local charter. 
 
The beaches along the Sun Coast of Florida are some of the most  
beautiful beaches in the world. The string of beaches from Anclote  
Key in the north to Fort De Soto in the south, covers over 36 miles  
that include Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Fred Howard Park,  
Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach.  
 
This 1800 square foot home is tastefully decorated with everything  
you need for a great vacation. Master bedroom has king-size bed,  
futon couch, large closet, TV with DVD and a large bathroom. Second  
bedroom has two twin beds and TV with DVD. The Florida Room  
overlooks  
the water, includes leather furniture with a pull-out sofa. Check  
out  
the new pool table in the game room.

Fall .... Sept.1 - Nov. 15  $2800/month (4 weeks).  
Winter .. Nov. 16 - Apr. 30  $3600/month (4 weeks). 
Summer .. May 01 - Sep. 1  $3200/month (4 weeks). 
Limited weekly rentals. 
$200 Refundable Security Deposit 
50% Deposit due at reservation (Must be 25 years old to rent). 
Reduced rates for long term stay 
Maximum 6 occupants, unless other agreement were made during  
reservation.
