embarking on windsurfing, kitesurfing and kayak adventures or 
launching a couple of rafts for a lazy day in the water.  This 
property offers another escape in the 895 sq. ft. separate game 
room/media room w/8ft pool table, 3-in-1 combo table w/bumper pool, 
Texas Hold'em table3, 50" TV w/surround sound & DVD player, full 
bath, and wet bar w/refrigerator & microwave.  Walk back to the main 
house and stash your boards and kayaks in the ground level storage 
area w/plenty of room.  Also, on this level, you'll find a king 
master baedroom with a private full bath.  Send your groceries and 
luggage up via the convenient dumb waiter, then walk upstairs to the
