This fully furnished condo features 2 spacious bedrooms. The master
bedroom has its own bath and opens to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom
has two twin beds and a sitting area. The kitchen is modern with a
dishwasher, microwave, range, coffeemaker, oven and full-sized
refrigerator. A separate laundry room contains a full-sized washer
and dryer with plenty of space to put bathing suits or other ocean
gear. The dining table seats 6 and has a buffet along the wall
beside it. You can relax and visit in the living area with its 2
couches, chair and TV. On the balcony, a patio table and 4 chairs
invites you to eat your breakfast and watch the sun rise over the
mountains. Ceiling fans and air conditioning make for added comfort.
The unit comes with all bedding, dishes, etc. A private 2 car tandem
garage allows for storage of your heavy gear.

Once you settle in, you'll find that Punta Nopolo is a world unto
itself. You can swim in its blue-mosaic pool, golf at the nearby 18
hole course, take a kayak out into the estuary and beyond, into the
Sea of Cortez. If you want to go to town, Loreto is but 6 miles
away. With a population of 12,000 of the friendliest people you'll
meet, Loreto is both scenic and historic. You can wander on
cobblestone streets where trees grow overhead in a cooling arch,
visit a mission dating to 1697, stop for a drink or a meal in a
variety of small restaurants and allow the charm of Mexico to
enchant you.

Stay for a few days, a week or a month. Day rate is $100; weekly
rate is $600 and monthly rate is $1600. Monthly rate reduced to
$1200 with long term ( 2+ months) rental. All utilities included for stays less
than a month. There is a 2-day minimum for any reservation.
