OceanFront condo 2 blocks south of the boardwalk in Carolina
Beach. The unit is on the top floor (3rd) and has a southern
exposure so that it receives the southerly breezes in summer and is
protected in winter. The location looks out directly at the
primary surfing area along the beach and the deck offers a great
vantage point from which to watch the action. Late summer evening
dinner on the deck is one of the special experiences this unit
offers and the view is spectacular.

Carolina Beach offers many attractions and historic Wilmington and
Wrightsville Beach are only 15-30 minutes away for an unparalleled
variety in restaurants and entertainment.

The unit was recently remodeled and ceramic tile was installed
throughout. Included features are central heat/air, fully equipped
kitchen, cable TV(2), VCR/DVD, and washer/dryer.

In Carolina Beach there is the boardwalk with Arcade games, Britts
doughnuts, and Ice Cream, a number of good restaurants, and the
waterfront docks which offer fishing excursions ranging from
charters to large boat cruises for dinner and dancing, and deep sea fishing.
Canoe, kayak, and tandem bicycles can be rented nearby. Carolina
Beach State Park has hiking trails which exhibit the local fauna
such as a number of different carnivorous plants.

South within 10 miles are Fort Fisher Civil War Museum and
Breastworks, the NC Aquarium, and the Ferry to Southport and Bald
Head Island. Twenty minutes north is Wilmington with its bustling
riverfrontand riverfront walk, Battleship USS North Carolina, shopping malls, movies,
and theater.

There are two beautiful public golf courses within 5 miles and many
others within 30 minutes drive.

2. owner sends agreement to rentor.
3. rentor sends back signed agreement and final payment.
4. owner sends/calls back entry code, directions, etc.
5. rentor enjoys week at the beach, has a great time.
6. Owner inspects unit and mails security deposit.
