South Seas Resort 2BR Beach Villa Direct Beach Front on Gulf in Captiva Island

Recently remodeled (1/06) beach front condo at South Seas
Resort.Unit has a great view of the gulf and is just steps to the
beach. Pool is directly next to the unit. King size bed in master
and two twins in 2nd BR.Pull out queen sofa in living area. Unit has
been completely repainted with new bedding and living area furniture
replaced this year.Screened lani overlooks the gulf. Full kitchen
with stove refrigerator microwave and dishwasher. Cable tv in living
area and master BR. DVD player. Outside gas grill.

Wireless internet available.

Beach Villas are located at south end of resort and within walking
distance of shoppping and restaurants in Captiva. Can also walk to
local grocery and convenience stores and marinas.Sanibel restaurants
and shopping are about nine miles away.The Ding Darling nature
preserve is off Sanibel Captiva road just seven miles from South Seas There are several golf courses on Sanibel.

There is a heated pool in front of unit and a large gas barbecue grill for the building.

Please note that access to South Seas amenities is not available with this rental. You will need to rent through South Seas to get access but will pay 70% to 90% more than our rates. You can get access to the same amenities in Captiva and Sanibel.

Beautiful beach, landscaping and tropical atmosphere.
This area has outstanding inshore and offshore fishing.
Fishing guides, boat rentals kayaks, are available at Jensens and McCarthys marina within walking distance. May-Sept
offers excellent snook fishing right off the beach. Nature
activities,canoe rentals at Tarpon Bay next to the Ding Darling. There are several golf courses located in Sanibel.
