South Seas Resort 2BR Beach Villa Direct Beach Front on Gulf in Captiva Island

This is a seven day minimum rental, Saturday to Saturday

LOCATION: This is a first floor corner unit in the 2500 building of the Beach Villa Complex at South Seas Resort. The 2500 building is the second Beach Villa building from the south very close to the entrance to the resort.We are loacated on the south end of the resort allowing for a ten minute walk to Captiva.

BEACH ACCESS: There are seven buildings in the Beach Villa complex and only four paths to the beach Our unit is right next to first path from the south (See Photo). It is a short walk down one flight of stairs to the beach path. It is very convenient for families with small children and seniors There is no need to use the elavator. The entire beach on Captiva  is a public beach and is not owned or controlled by South Seas Resort.

GULF VIEW: We have an excellent view of the gulf from our unit. Gulf views at the Beach Villa complex are dependent on floor location and building position. The 2500 building is as close to the beach as any building. There are no obstructions to our view.

TV AND INTERNET: There are three TVs, including flat screens in the living area and master bedroom. Free wifi is available.

SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS: There is a kingsize bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. A pullout queen sofa is in the living area. The unit will comfortably sleep six.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked.

LAUNDRY: The building laundry facility is on the first floor directly underneath the unit.

BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELA: Are available and located in the unit.

SOUTH SEAS AMENITIES: Are not available with this rental. This would include the trolley, the golf course, resort restaurants and the north end pool complex.These amenities can  only be accessed by renting through South Seas. Please note that South Seas rates for a 2BR unit in our building are typicaly double or more our rates plus a daily per person amenity fee is charged. Except for golf, any amenity found at South Seas can be easily found outside the resort in Captiva.

Beautiful beach, wildlife, landscaping and tropical atmosphere.
This area has outstanding inshore and offshore fishing.
Fishing guides, boat rentals kayaks, are available at Jensens and McCarthys marina within walking distance. Nature activities,canoe rentals at Tarpon Bay next to the Ding Darling. There are several golf courses located in Sanibel.

Weekly rentals only. Rents from Saturday to Saturday

Weeks of 9/10/2011 to 12/24/2011  $1195 plus tax

Weeks of 12/31/2011 to 2/11/2012  $1795 plus tax

Weeks of 2/18/2012 to 4/21/2012    $2795 plus tax  

Does not include 11% state tax and $35 booking fee from Rental Agent
