This area is broken up into two rooms; the business center and the lounge. Our business center hosts many computers, printers, and work tables providing a quiet area to check e-mail or work from home. The spacious lounge area has two large televisions, community bulletin boards, vending machines, and wide windows that show you an amazing view of Michigan Avenue and the Chicago River.

Sundeck
The outstanding views speak for themselves- where else can you have a bird's eye, unobstructed view of Chicago. On Millennium Park Plaza's sundeck you can either take in the breezes off of the lake, enjoy the rays 40 stories high, and during the summer you can observe the fireworks from Navy Pier.

Restaurants
If you are looking for fine dining, take out, a quick bite to eat, or even a bar, all you have to do is walk out the door and you are minutes away from all kinds of eateries. The Walnut Room at Macy's, Cosi, Tavern on the Park, China Grill, Bandera, The Regal Beagle, The Park Grill, Starbucks, McCormick's and Schmidt, Giordano's Pizza, Hard Rock Hotel Bar, The Bergoff, and Morton's Steakhouse are all within a 5 minute walk.

Valet Parking
Millennium Park Plaza parking is located underground (on lower Beaubien). There are numerous ways to enter to our garage, either from Wacker, Columbus or side streets leading to the lower level. With our valet service at Millennium Park Plaza, we can have your car warmed up and ready to go by the time you come down to the garage. Coupons are also available for discounted guest parking.

Fitness Center
Millennium Park Plaza provides a fitness center that is second to none. We have 12 cardio machines with individual plasma televisions and a full Life Fitness circuit training room with everything a beginner or expert would expect. The training room is used by our trainer, who offers two free classes a week. The training room can also be enjoyed for quiet reflection or a wrenching core session. The locker rooms offer a place to shower before swimming, change clothes, and/or steam showers to unwind after a work out.

Trainer
Millennium Park Plaza is proud to offer the services of Luis Bracamonte to our tenants. Luis offers two free classes a week with focus on body sculpting in fun and efficient ways. Luis also offers discounted rates for personal training to the tenants of Millennium Park Plaza.

Responsive Staff
Our 24 Hour Front Desk Staff are able to take care of any issues you may have; in regards to taking work orders, receiving packages, notifying deliveries, recommendations on evening plans, assisting with lock outs and other problems or concerns you may have. Our on site management is here to make sure that any issues you have can and will be promptly taken care of. Our uniformed maintenance staff makes repairs in an efficient and peaceful manner as if they were working in their own homes. Our #1 goal is to make sure you do not need any assistance from our staff, but if so, we are here to help.
