Centrally located in Putnam County -- 29 miles to the beaches of St. 
Augustine and Crescent Beach, 53 miles to Jacksonville (home of the 
Jacksonville Jaquars and Super Bowl 2005), 53 miles to Daytona 
(Daytona Races), 55 miles to Ocala (Silver Springs) and only 91 
miles to the entire Orlando entertainment areas including Disney 
World and Sea World.
You can bring your own boat -- public ramp available within minutes 
from this property and dock it at your back door for immediate 
access to Dunns Creek and the St. Johns River.

Completely Furnished -- linens, full-service kitchen, including 
dishes, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, 
toaster,telephone for local calls, central heat and air, and washer 
and dryer.
This property has covered front and back porches. The Family room 
has cable TV and a wood burning fireplace. Large Living room, Dining 
Room (table and 4 chairs), and eat-in Kitchen with small table and 4 
additional chairs.

Visit Florida's oldest diner, Angels, for their delicious burgers 
and shakes, or try our many of our fine restaurants for prime rib, 
fish and shrimps -- some overlooking the St. Johns River.
Antique shops, arts and craft shows, flea markets, golf courses, 
fishing tournaments -- are only a short distance away. 
Local Senior Friends and other groups have numerous on-going fun 
activities and outings. Local Over 50's Club and other groups have 
weekly or monthly dances. Churches of all denominations are within a 
short driving distance.

Vacation Rental Rates

$900 to $950 US dollars per month -- everything included. If 
electric bill is over $100 per month, Renter pays balance.
Security Deposit ($300.00) will be required to reserve this property 
for you. Security Deposit will be refuned within one week of check 
out provided there are no Renter related damages to property.
Total rental amount is due at least one week prior to check-in, 
unless other arrangements are made between Owner and Renter.
