Jacksonville Jaquars and Super Bowl 2005), 53 miles to Daytona
(Daytona Races), 55 miles to Ocala (Silver Springs) and only 91
miles to the entire Orlando entertainment areas including Disney
World and Sea World.

You can bring your own boat -- public ramp available within minutes
from this property and dock it at your back door for immediate
access to Dunns Creek and the St. Johns River.

Completely Furnished -- linens, full-service kitchen, including
dishes, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker,
toaster,telephone for local calls, central heat and air, and washer
and dryer.

This property has covered front and back porches. The Family room
has cable TV and a wood burning fireplace. Large Living room, Dining
Room (table and 4 chairs), and eat-in Kitchen with small table and 4
additional chairs.

and shakes, or try our many of our fine restaurants for prime rib,

for you. Security Deposit will be refuned within one week of check
out provided there are no Renter related damages to property.

Total rental amount is due at least one week prior to check-in,
unless other arrangements are made between Owner and Renter.
