Destin. New furnishings. Sleeps 1-4 people. Queen size bed in
bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Oval bathtub.
Short walk about 100 yds. to private beach, accessable to complex
guest only. Close to one of 5 swimming pools. DVD,
TV, & VCR in unit,  washer/dryer. Housekeeping before checkin &
upon check out.

Complex has private beach with pavillion & snack bar. Umbrella &
chair rental available from beach service. 5 swimming pools (one
heated), 3 hot tubs, children's pool, 9hole par 3 golf course located
with in complex
with free use to all renters, 6 tennis courts,shuffleboard. Marina &
dock for fishing & boating. On site restaurant. Several grocery
stores and discount stores within a mile. Several churchs in the
area.

Amusement park & water park within a mile of condo. Parasail,
kayaking jet ski, snorkeling. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is located
within 5 miles along with other shopping areas. Minature golf.
Movie theaters. Many excellent restaurants in the immediate area.
Excellent deep sea fishing. Scuba diving and snorkeling and dolphin
tours leave from Destin Harbor just 5 minutes from condo.

Aug 18, 2012 - Sept 7, 2012 $85 night $510 week

Sept 8, 2012 - Feb 28, 2013 $50 night $300 week $800 a month

Rented weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. Your 7th night is free.
30 days notice of cancellation.
NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Persons renting the condo must be a minimum of
age 25 yrs. old. Rental limited to 4 people.

Please add 11% Florida tax to above rates.
A $33.30 processing fee is due when the keys are picked up.
