Vacation Rental Description

     View the pool and the ocean from the first floor deck. This 2BR, 
2BA condo is nicely furnished and clean.  Covered parking and storage closet 
are beneath the unit.
     The master BR has a queen bed, the second BR has two twin beds, 
and the sofa sleeper is queen size. This is a non-smoking, no-pets 
condo.

Vacation Rental Amenities

     The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances, 
dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. A washer and dryer are in the 
unit and are new. The TV has HOA supplied cable stations, VCR, and DVD. A beach 
umbrella, sand toys, and beach chairs may be borrowed from the 
storage closet.

Activities and Attractions

     The condo is approximately one mile from a city park with lake, 
playground and greenway trail. Mini-golf, restaurants, and a 
boardwalk area are all nearby. The outstanding North Carolina 
Aquarium at Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher's Civil War memorial, the ferry 
to Southport/Bald Head Island, and Carolina Beach State Park are all 
a short drive away. Many folks enjoy fishing, golfing, or taking in 
the sights of historic Wilmington while on vacation.
