Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the lani of this tastefully furnished one bedroom apartment overlooking the Gulf of 
Mexico.  The unit has new appliances and flooring and is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops on 
Fort Myers Beach.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit has a television, DVD player, and stereo as well as the use of kayaks and bikes. The complex has a 
heated swimming pool and clay tennis courts.

Activities and Attractions

Estero Beach and Tennis Club is located at the south end of Fort Myers Beach.  The complex has two clay tennis 
courts for guests' use as well as a heated swimming pool.  A public golf course is located across the street from 
the complex.  Fort Myers Beach is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay.  Fishing, shelling, sailing, jet 
skiing, and parasailing are all within walking distance of the unit.  Lovers Key State Park is about two miles to 
the south and all of the night life of "Times Square" is three miles to the north.
