Vacation Rental Description

           4 Bedroom 3 bath Mexico Get Away

Las Gaviotas is paradise! Only 30 miles south of the San Diego 
border. Upon entering this privet gated community you will see a 
spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Wonderful sunsets and great 
surf. We also have a pool, spa, beach volleyball and a tennis court.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Wireless Internet connection

3 TV's, US Cable, DVD, VHS, & CD player. 

Fully equipped kitchen with Weber BBQ on the large 
balcony over looking the ocean.

Hotel quality linens, 600 thread count sheets.
Master bedroom has a California King bed with privet bath
The other three bedrooms have Queen sized beds.

Vacation Rental Rates

                Nightly rates are $350.00

2 night minimum except Holiday which range from 3-4 nights

               High season weekley rates only $2,400.00

Mid June - Early September. 
Check in Friday leave Friday to avoid busy boarder traffic. 
If weekly rental is booked prior to April 30th Pay for 6 nights, get 
7th night for free!
