Prime location! Charming duplex with 2 and 1 bedroom units that is
located just two blocks from main Laguna Beach and 1 block away from
Downtown Laguna Beach.  Both kitchens are fully equiped and have ocean views.

Upstairs unit has a king bed with mountain view. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Living area's sofa is converted to a queen bed and living area also has a love seat/twin bed. HDTV flat panel TV/monitor, cable, internet; fireplace, laundry room. Large balcony is furnished and has a barbecue. Spacious private 
yard is great for lounging, barbecues, outdoor dining, entertaining, and just kicking a ball around. Driveway is large enought for 4 cars. 2 cars upstairs unit, 2 cars for downstairs unit. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs (will sleep 12)
Units available separately or as full house rental.

skin boarding and exploring the tide pools at any of Laguna's many
beautiful beaches.
Ocean activities: diving & snorkling, whale watching, fishing and
sailing
Outdoor activities: world-class mountain biking, wilderness hiking
and hill running, cycling, golf, tennis, swimming and jogging are
all available from town.
In Town: Beautiful Boutique shopping and excellent dining at
dozens of fine and casual restaurants within easy walking distance
from the house.
Culture: Many art galleries, the Festival of Arts, the Sawdust
Festival and Pageant of the Masters are also within walking distance.
Amusement Parks: Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios,
LegoLand, Six Flags, SeaWorld and San Diego Zoo are 30 to 90 minutes
away.

Rates start at $135 (1 bedroom) $195 (2 bedrooms) a night in the winter (3 night min.) and $195 (1 bedroom) $295 (2 bedroom) a night in the summer (5
nt min.) Holiday periods may have different pricing and require a 5 night minimum.

Multiple week bookings, weekend, monthly rate available. Minimum 3
night stay in the winter and 5
night stay in the summer and holiday periods. Last minute specials
for current week. Security
deposit $500, refundable.
Cleaning fees $75-$200, City of Laguna Beach charges 10% tax
