Downtown Laguna Beach. Kitchen, dining room, living room, and a
large balcony. Both kitchens have ocean views. Large master bedroom-
king bed with mountain view.
2nd bedroom has a queensofa bed. Living area's sofa is
converted to
a queen bed and has a love seat/twin bed. Light and clean decor.
HDTV flat panel TV/monitor, cable, internet; fireplace, laundry room. Large balcony is furnished and has a
barbecue, as well as lovely floral decoration. Spacious private
garden patio with gazebo; great for lounging, barbecues, outdoor dining, entertaining, and just kicking a ball around. Great and safe playing area for kids. Plenty of outside parking areas.
2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs (will sleep 13)

and hill running, cycling, golf, tennis, swimming and jogging are
all available from town.
In Town: Beautiful Boutique shopping and excellent dining at
dozens of fine and casual restaurants within easy walking distance
from the house.
Culture: Many art galleries, the Festival of Arts, the Sawdust
Festival and Pageant of the Masters are also within walking distance.
Amusement Parks: Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios,
LegoLand, Six Flags, SeaWorld and San Diego Zoo are 30 to 90 minutes
away.

Rates start at $145 (1 bedroom) $195 (2 bedrooms) a night in the winter(3 night min.) and $150 (1 bedroom) -$250 (2 bedroom) a night in the summer (5
nt min.) Holiday periods may have 5 night minimum.
