Vacation Rental Description

Within walking distance of just about anywhere you want- downtown  
Laguna, the beach, promenade, grocery store, restaurants, shops,  
many galleries, the post office, etc. 
Prime location! Charming home with 2 and 1 bedroom units that is  
located just one block from main Laguna Beach and 1 block away from  
Downtown Laguna Beach. Kitchen, dining room, living room, and a  
large balcony.  Both kitchens have ocean views.  Large master bedroom- king bed with mountain view.  
2nd bedroom has a full sized sofa bed. Living area's sofa is converted to  
a full bed and has a love seat/twin bed. Light and clean decor.  
HDTV flat panel TV/monitor, cable, high speed  
wireless internet; fireplace, laundry room, new kitchen and kitchen  
appliances, new tableware. Large balcony is furnished and has a  
barbecue, as well as lovely floral decoration. Spacious private  
garden patio with gazebo; flowers and fruits trees make for great  
lounging, barbecues, outdoor dining, entertaining, and just kicking  
a ball around– great and safe playing area for kids. Plenty of outside parking areas.  
2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs (will sleep 13)  
Units available separately or as full house rental.

sailing 
Outdoor activities: world-class mountain biking, wilderness hiking  
and hill running, cycling, golf, tennis, swimming and jogging are  
all available from town. 
In Town:   Beautiful Boutique shopping and excellent dining at  
dozens of fine and casual restaurants within easy walking distance  
from the house.   
Culture:  Many art galleries, the Festival of Arts, the Sawdust  
Festival and Pageant of the Masters are also within walking distance. 
Amusement Parks:  Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios,  
LegoLand, Six Flags, SeaWorld and San Diego Zoo are 30 to 90 minutes  
away. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates start at $175-$400 a night in the winter(3 night min.) and $290-$785 a night in the summer (5  
nt min.) 
2 bedrooms upper unit, 1 bedroom lower unit or entire House. 
 
Upper unit: 2 bedrooms, sleeps 7 (1 king, 2 double, 1 twin beds), 1 bath,  
living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, large balcony.  
 
Downstairs unit: 1 bedroom with bonus/den, sleeps 6 (3 queen beds).  
1 bath, living room, dining nook, kitchen  
Entire House sleeps up to 13.  
Multiple week bookings, weekend, monthly rate available. Minimum 3 night stay in the winter and 5  
night stay in the summer. Last minute specials for current week. Security deposit $500, refundable.  
Cleaning fees $125-$245.
