residentail/recreational area. Fully furnished (lower unit) of
super, fully furnished beach cottage duplex. Just 200 steps to the
sand of the ocean and 1000 feet to the sand of the bay. Fenced patio
and front of property have a south facing, full sun orientation.

Sea breazes bring the refreshing sounds and aromas of the Pacific
ocean.

Visitor friendly neighborhood, south by the jetty and at the
designated swim and surf year 'round life guarded beach.

Two bedrooms feature queen beds, smaller pass-through bedroom has a
twin trundle to comfortably sleep 6.
Two full bathrooms.

Ceilig fans, screened windows and front door.
Outside access to kitchen from parking.

Outside shower.

Shared laundry, beach bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella,
coolers.

Sorry, no pets allowed.
Smoking on covered porch or outside patio only.

Summer only, consider upstairs 3 bedroom 3 bath unit for large group,
family reunions or wedding parties.

A 10.5% tax will be added.

$250 refundable reservation/security deposit required at time
reservation is made.

Full payment is due April 1st for summer months or 30 prior to
arrival in "off-season."
