golf course is located behind the gated community, and many fine 
dining restaurants and grills are just minutes away.  On site or 
near by activities include swimming, hiking, biking, and golfing.  
With all these amenities at your fingertips, you don’t ever have to 
leave this tranquil, relaxing community to enjoy that much needed 
vacation.

master room),1 car garage, intimate patio with BBQ, full kitchen, 
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, linens,

Mid Season   September - November $120 night*/$700 week/$1700 mo. 
Low Season   May - August $85 night*/$525 week/ $1350 month

$65 non-refundable cleaning fee.

A deposit of rental fee is due at booking.  The final payment is due 
upon arrival.  Cancellation Fee: $150, 30 day notice is required.
Vacation patio home rentals begin at 3pm on first rental date and 
ends at 11:00am on your final rental date
