booking Tarnavra. This is a family (and pet) friendly cottage with both view and access to the ocean via rocky coast line and beach area. Deer Isle Stonington, Maine is quiet and relaxing and still somewhat undiscovered and just travel less then 3 miles
from Tarnavra, located on Indian Point Road, and there is plenty to do in the little fishing village of Stonington. However you may have a hard time leaving as there is much to do on site. So don't forget to stop at the fish market on your way in for fresh local steamers, mussels, and of course lobsters. There are plenty of large cooker pots in the cottage and an outside grill. Hike the trail through the enchanted woods to your own private float. Set out on a Kayak adventure to Hell's Half Acre or Russ Island.
