Beautiful Cocoa Beach condo with three (3) bedrooms, and two (2)
bathrooms on the beach with fantastic view. Ocean/beach/pool view
from the balcony, living room, kitchen and master bedroom (sleeps
six).
Completely furnished full kitchen with all appliances. You will
have everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas and beach
towels. Both the Living and Master bedroom include flat screen TVs with DVD players; with avaliable elctronic (videogame) hookup.
King size bed in the master bedroom, two (2) twin size beds in 2nd Bedrm & a Queen size bed in the third bedroom. All bedding and towells provided.

fishing trips, Casino Cruise Ships leaving twice a day, enjoy lunch

Rental period runs from Saturday (3:00 PM) to Saturday (10:00AM) & 3 night minimum. A deposit of $200.00 is required and the balance due 30 days prior to
the rental period. Please add 11% Florida lodging tax and a
cleaning fee of $85.00.
100% refund on deposits if cancellation is received 60 days or more
prior to rental period.
No SMOKING OR PETS allowed in the unit (Smoking allowed on balcony).
