This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the beautiful 4th Ward Park. Relax on the back deck with a hanging swing and take in the calming atomosphere of the park and the historic district of uptown Charlotte. You can walk to everything: museums, theaters, shopping, the LYNX Light Rail Line, Panthers Football games, Bobcats Basketball games, Charlotte Checkers Hockey and dozens of great restaurants and pubs. The Epicenter is also a short 6 blocks away.
The condo has a 42" flat screen LCD TV installed above the fireplace and is very tastefully furnished and is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and fine linens and towels.
"Such a delightful home....Your attention to detail made a
tremendous difference for us. Very comfortable bed, relaxing
recliner, soothing colors and peaceful atmosphere --- and soft
towels. We loved our stay. It felt very comfortable to be here,
being so close to downtown, across from a beautiful park...being
able to cook meals and do the laundry. Many thanks for the extras -
being available to answer any questions...flowers on the table,
flowers on the patio....Your condo is in a perfect location. We
