second floor 50 foot deck with beautiful indoor and outdoor ocean 
views to Nomans Land. Privately situated. Decks on both levels.

side yard, beautiful, natural landscaping. Outdoor H/C shower, all 
appliances. Year-round home with furnace heating for cold nights and 
highly filtered well water for spring water quality. Many amenities.

to private town beach.
