Welcome to Beach Plum Villa, located on the Northside of Grand
Cayman In the Cayman Kai community.
Beach Plum Villa is a newly constructed (2004) luxury open floor
plan private villa home, located directly on a large private beach
overlooking the multi-colored caribbean sea. This 2 story expansive
home is designed to enjoy the open air breezes and outdoors with a
large open deck surrounding the freshwater pool.
This is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that can comfortably sleep 8
people. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, dual ceiling
fans, wall mounted TV, separate shower and bideau. The upstairs
features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and the home includes a crib. 3 of
the 4 bedroom have stunning direct oceanfront views. The 3
oceanfront bedrooms have Queen size beds with great views of the
beach and sea. The 4th bedroom faces the road and has two twin beds
plus an available porta-crib.

The living area is spacious with a 2 story open air loft. It is
equipped with plenty of comfortable couches and chairs, and has a
full entertainment center with TV, VCR, DVD and
Cable TV. Central AC is throughout the home.
The Beach Plum Villa features a fully equipped kitchen, with
adjoining high bar and bar stools. The formal dining room overlooks
the open pool deck and also has great beach and oceanfront views.
Additional amenities include a Weber BBQ Gas Grill on the oceanfront
deck, full size ironing board and iron.

Spend hours relaxing in the private freshwater pool, deck and lounge
chairs with sweeping panoramic vista view of the sandy beach. Some
of the best snorkeling and coral reef on Grand Cayman and the
Caribbean are literally right off the beach, so be sure to bring
your snorkel gear. The marine life and coral are healthy, active
and magnificent to behold.For the more adventurist try your hand at

Chisholm's Grocery is a 2 minute walk. Rum Point is 4 miles down
the beach. There are excellent beach bar restaurants within 4 miles
including The Wreck Bar at Rum Point, The Kaibo Kai Beach Bar, Over
The Edge. For dinner check out The Lighthouse on the ocean,
Rum Point Restaurant, Cecil's at the Kaibo Yacht Club, and Portofino's.
