Beautiful waterfront condo was built in 2003 with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths- almost 1400
square feet. Great location. Sit on your top floor (3rd) lanai overlooking your dock on
Oyster Creek, watch the fish jump, and the eagles sore over Lemon Bay from their
nests in the Cedar Point nature area directly across the creek from you. It's a short boat
ride to the Gulf through Stump Pass. The master suite has a new queen bed, his and her
walk-in closets, and a large 2-sink vanity, walk-in shower bathroom. The second bedroom
has 2 new twin beds. All llnens are new, and so are most of the furnishngs throughout.
Very clean and comfortable (no smoking please). Large fully-stocked kitchen, 9-foot
ceilings, and many more amenities listed below. Great location. Short drive to great
restaurants, shopping, and fantastic beaches.
