Miller's Manors in Shuswap Lake

This 3-bedroom split-level house is on a well maintained 2 acre
forested lot. Indoors, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 3
bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry facilities, sunroom,
cedar lined sunken living room with wood stove overlooking the
Shuswap lake, TV/VCR/DVD, and dining room.
Outdoors on the large deck also overlooking the lake is a BBQ, table
and lounge chairs. Fire pits are provided, with wood available just
meters from the house as well as at the beach. The beach is located
just down the hill, it offers seclusion and privacy, shale beach,
floating and boating docks and a moorage buoy. Lake water level
changes throughout the summer. It may be high May through early July
and low towards the end of summer. We cannot guarantee the amount of
beach at any given time or dock availability due to variable water
levels.

Property includes shared parking and beach with the owner’s cottage.
