Our North Georgia Cabin Rentals are fully furnished, clean and affordable. Have fun in the game room, soak in the hot tub & watch the outdoor fireplace. Cook on the gas grill, have your meal sitting on the picnic table & enjoy the fresh mountain air. Deer Pine Lodge and Holly Pine Lodge have majestic Year Round Mountain Views, are Private, and have:

Deer Pine Lodge and Holly Pine Lodge are nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia in Fannin County. "Deer Pine Lodge" and "Holly Pine Lodge" are both located only 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, 5 minutes from McCaysville, and 9 miles from North Carolina. Within 20 minutes, you can drive through GA, TN & NC! How neat is that???

Deer Pine Lodge and Holly Pine Lodge both have many Amenities of an expensive vacation home, but at a fraction of the price. All Bedrooms have: Satellite TV with local channels, complete with a DVD Player, alarm clocks, dressers, night stands with flashlights, and linens. Each bedroom has been decorated to make you feel relaxed, calm, cozy, and so you don't want to leave. There are plenty of extra sheets, blankets and pillows!

Fully Equipped Kitchen w/pots & pans big enough to cook for a large family gathering, includes the pans and necessities needed for baking; dishes, cups, beer glasses, wine glasses and silverware. You will have everything you need, and more, in this very convenient kitchen.

Kitchen Utility Closet houses the Washing Machine & Dryer, a Potty Seat, High Chair, Pack & Play, 2 Safety Gates, Baby Monitor, Baby Bath Tub, Iron & Ironing Board, Hot Tub Towels, Flashlights, and Gas Grill Utensils.

The Rustic Living Room is beautifully decorated and boasts warmth, cozyness, and comfort. There is a gas log fireplace, Satellite TV complete with DVD & Surround Sound, Queen sleeper sofa w/upgraded mattress, Extensive DVD Movie Libraries, North Georgia Reference Books, 3/4 Sofa, Rustic decor. Many DVDs are provided to entertain anyone's sole. There are: Chick Flicks, Adventure Movies, Suspense Movies, and many Family Movies!

"Deer Pine Lodge" and "Holly Pine Lodge" can either serve as a child/family friendly getaway, or a luxury rustic romantic retreat! No Pets Allowed (no
exceptions) and Smoking is allowed on outside porches only.
 
Minimum Night Stay:
7 night minimum stay during Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week
6 night minimum stay during New Year's Eve
5 night minimum stay during June & July
4 night minimum stay during Mid-March to Mid-April (Spring Break), Easter Week, and first 2 weeks of August
4 night minimum stay during all of October.
3 night minimum stay during valentine's Day Weekend, Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday, Lincoln's Birthday, President's Day, Washington's Birthday, Labor Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day Weekend, and any other weekend Holiday that I did not note.
2 night minimum stay during all other times

in shower, both bathrooms have Double Vanity Sinks, Large Medicine Cabinets, Hair Dryers and Linens. We provided ALL shower towels, hot tub towels, washclothes, bathmats, sheets, blankets, quilts, pillows, and pillow cases.
