Annual rental - $1.500 per month
Monthly rental- based on 1st of the month to last of the month*

There is a $500.00 Reservation Deposit required to confirm 
reservation. You must pay for the deposit in advance with a bank 
check or personal check in US funds only. No reservations will be 
made without a deposit. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival. 
Payment to be paid in cash, travelers or bank check, along with a 
Security Deposit of $500.00, which is refundable, if there are no 
damages or lost of property, upon your departure.  Also, an increase 
in the number of persons staying during the rental agreement would 
be subject to a deduction from security deposit. A charge for any 
renters' pre-delivery/post pick-up of items for stay. 

*Sorry we cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.

Plus - One time Departure Cleaning Fee to all rentals
       $50  for 1 to 2 persons
       $75  for 3 to 4 persons 
       $100 for 5 to 6 persons 

Refund Policy: Refunds, less 50%, will be made upon 
cancellation notice of at least 10 days in advance. A Cancellation 
less than those TEN days prior to the arrival date will not refund 
your Reservation Deposit. During high season, holiday periods or 
special events cancellation notice of at least 30 days in advance 
for 
any refund.  No refunds for early check-out.

90-Day minimum stay
