Vacation Rental Description

Spend a week in June at our Summerhouse condo 165 townhouse
overlooking the beautiful oceanfront. Summerhouse is located on
Florida's northeast coast,
the 25 acre property borders Ft. Matanzas National Park, private
luxury homes, migratory bird sanctuary and 
just minutes south of historic St.
Augustine with it's pedestrian old city center and fort. 
Just south of St. Augustine Beach.

We have been staying at Summerhouse for over 25 years, vacationing
with our children and now our wonderful grandchildren...best place to
be with the family!

Wonderful walks in Nation Park area, bird sanctuary, quiet park 
setting with fantastic sunset sites,  all of this is just across the 
street overlooking the Matanzas River, InterCoastalWaterway with the 
Atlantic Ocean at your backdoor!!!!
Marineland is 5 miles south and numerous golf courses are in the 
area. Kennedy Space Center is only 60 miles south. Disney World and 
the other Orlando attractions are two hours and worlds away from the 
peace and tranquility of Anastasia Island at Crescent Beach. 
Walk/bike the miles of spectacular white, sandy beaches or just 
relax by the pool.

June 1 through the week containing August 18, weekly rates: $1850.00 

The Saturday following the week containing August 15 to December 31

available: Weekly $1000.00 3 Night $560.00 Monthly $2200.00  

add 9% tax and $85 cleaning/laundry fee
The reservation fee is $300. Fifty dollars ($50) of the reservation 
fee is non-refundable.
