bedroom 2 bathroom condo overlooks the beach and sleeps 2-6 people.
You can afford to rent it for a whole month for one of those long
California vacations you have always dreamed of. Location is
perfect; convenient to everything, but amazingly still undiscovered.
You can enjoy well deserved peace and quiet, or take a short drive
and find yourself in the midst of touristy Santa Barbara or
metropolitan Los Angeles.
Enjoy your day, take a swim in the ocean, walk, bike, surf, golf,
fish on the pier, or just relax on the sand under the sun with a
good book and your Ipod. And after an amazing day out, our condo
will serve all your needs. From the double patio (balcony), you can
watch sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine leisurely eating
your favorite dish made in the fully equipped kitchen. Of course a
bit later, you can cuddle up in the king size bed and watch your
favorite show or a DVD. And once in while, if you want to know what
is going on in the “real” world you can even check your email,
although we do not recommend it.
For those days when you wish to shop, sightsee, or try your luck, we
suggest driving trips to Channel Islands National Park, the Chumash
Indian Casino, the Getty Center, Universal Studios, Beverly Hills
Center, or Santa Monica Third Street Promenade among dozens of other
places.
Our secure gated condo complex offers an indoor swimming pool,
jacuzzi, and gym, and our community at large has all the necessary
amenities from supermarkets to restaurants to make your stay worry
free. We are an hour away from Los Angeles and Burbank international
airports and a half an hour from Santa Barbara airport.

Cable, DSL, Gas Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer and Drier,
Microvawe, Toaster, Coffemaker, Fully equiped kitchen (dishes for
12), Bed linens and Towels, Clothes hangers, One Full Bath, One 3/4
Bath (shower). Ask for crib and high chair. 2nd floor with elevator.
Indoor pool and jacuzzi. Gym and sports facilities in the complex.

Vacation Rental Rates
Off Season: October 1-March 31 $2000/Month
Season: April 1-September 30 $3000/Month
Ask about shorter stays.
Security Deposit + 50% of monthly rent (non-refundable) for
reservation and at signing of rental agreement.
Full payment due before the keys are given.
$500 Security Deposit which is refundable minus cleaning fee ($100-
200).
$200 additional Security Deposit for pets, plus negotiated surcharge.
Until the signing of agreement, rates are subject to change without
notice.
