Nice Private Beach House located one block from the beach.
Livingroom area has a family room with Flat screen HD TV and DVD. 2.5 couches.

Plus a bonus sun porch off the livingroom.
Large kitchen with table seating 8-10 people, two more at counter.
Microwave, dishwasher, oven, range, refrigerator in main area.
Washer and Dryer in one bathroom, with work area.
Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and coffee maker and
blender. Bring only your bed linens.
House is Central Air Conditioned. Two zones. Eight ceiling fans too.
Quite confortable even when it is 90 degrees and humid out.
Backyard has a huge private area. No back house. This is your
private escape.
Gas Grill, and two tables each seating 8 persons.
Outside shower is completely enclosed and is private with a changing
area in it.
Two full baths downstairs with two bedrooms. Trundle bed in
another.  Queen in another.
Full bath upstairs with four nice bedrooms.
Two sets of Bunk beds in one room (sleeps 4 and the kids like
this). Two King Bedrooms.. and a twin bed room

All bedrooms and family room and sun porch have ceiling fans.
TVs in 5 of the 6 BRs and Family room.
The house is brand new construction in 2007!
Tile and wood floors downstairs.
W/W carpeted upstairs.

Outside Shower is ideal for shore living. Totally enclosed with a
changing area, and lights in the shower room outside..
Backyard is private. And has area lights and lanterns.. It is a
Single family house. No second house on the property.
You can enjoy afternoons and evenings in the yard as it has tables
and chairs for about 20 persons outside.

Beach is one block away. 300 yards. Cross just  a  one way
road.
Boardwalk with amusements is only one mile away.
Morning walks or bicycle rides on a 2 mile boardwalk by the beach.
Bay and jet ski rentals and water park are about 1 mile away.
The Water Works Park Slide and tube fun is about one mile away, too.
