Immaculate single family traditional hip roof, 5 bedroom beach home
with 2 Master bedrooms, two interior stairways, two first floor family
rooms, and an irrigated landscaped yard on a child-friendly dead end
road. House has post & beam 9'ceilings with southern views across
Duxbury Bay Marshes, ideal for the bird watchers.

You'll have two sitting porches, a brick patio, and a wooden deck to enjoy the summer warmth. There is an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, a gas grill, a kids' game room/detached shed, ping-pong table, and TV, a 40' wide basketball court, a kiddie pool, various yard games-i.e. bocci, etc., and fresh perennial garden flowers, vegetables, and herbs to pick and enjoy. The house and grounds are WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET ACCESSIBLE.

Your beach is the beautiful child-safe 9 mile beach along Bay Ave,
Green Harbor and Gurnet Road, Duxbury.

Enjoy walking and biking to historic Green Harbor General Store, Brant
Rock, and quaint Green Harbor Town Pier. Many restaurants are available
in Green Harbor and Brant Rock serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Golf is close by at Green Harbor Golf Club or North Hill in Duxbury;
both are public welcome. Fish from the jetties of Green Harbor or fly
fish for striped bass by the Powder Point Bridge.

Unfortunately, we do NOT allow pets.

Linens and towels, washer & dryer, dishwasher, and all
kitchen essentials are provided. Two cribs and one highchair are
available, if needed.

Your family will enjoy the separate outbuilding for family activities. This building has a TV, sectional couch, ping-pong table, stereo system, etc.  This building, as well as the house and grounds, are wireless accessible.
