Estates in Campton/Thornton, New Hampshire. Great for a large family
or 2-3 smaller ones. 3 Bedrooms and a loft allow room for everyone.

Main Level- Enter into a mud area with space for storing equipment
and coats,etc. Entrance and Kitchen have ceramic tile floors.
Atrium Kitchen is fully applianced.  Carpeted Dining area/Living Room.

Dining area has an expandable table to seat up to 12 people.

Living room area has a fireplace, two couches, large screen TV with DVD/VCR, CD stereo.

Upstairs- Master bedroom has a queen bed, loft overlooking kitchen
has a queen size bed, full bathroom.

Downstairs- Large bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twins-great for the
kids!), small bedroom with queen size bed, laundry room with
washer/dryer, full bath with shower with ceramic tile floor.

Waterville Estates is a private community offering a mutli-million
recreation complex with: 2 indoor pools, indoor jacuzzi, one outdoor
pool and jacuzzi. Lit Ice skating pond in winter; pond with sandy
beach area and paddle boats, tubes in summer. Outdoors-Basketball,
tennis and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits. Indoors-Locker rooms
with saunas, fitness room, arcade, library/reading room,
lounge/snack bar with poolside service in summer. X-C ski and hiking trails.
Entertainment and various family activities and children's programs
are scheduled throughout the summer and winter seasons.

Fully applianced kitchen: stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster
oven, coffee maker, coffee press, food processer, griddle, hand
mixer, assorted pots/pans, bakeware, and all utensils and dishware
for large family meals. Weber charcoal BBQ grill.

Fireplace, Large screen tv with cableTV/VCR/DVD player and assorted
videos. Assorted books, cd/stereo player, cards, board games.

Pillows, bed linens, blankets for all beds.
Recreation passes for 4 are included in rental, additional passes
may be purchased at the recreation center.

Skiing at the local Campton mountain for beginners, Waterville
Valley
(15 minutes), Loon Mountain (25 minutes), Cannon
Mountain (30 minutes). Cross country skiing, Snowmobiling,
snowshoeing.

Close to national forests and rivers-Hiking trails, mountain biking,
canoeing/kayaking, golfing, swimming, tubing, fishing, horseback trail
rides.
