$1250.00 weekly rentals of any 7 days, 6 nights 
$175.00 additional night & $100.00/ stay additional for holidays   
1/4 deposit required to hold reservation 
$200.00 security deposit /stay (includes $100.00 cleaning fee) 
Special rates available for groups of 4 persons or less 
Prices are negotiable.
