Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath ocean view home, single story newly 
remolded and only  
a 3-minute walk to the beach!  Over 1,800 square feet of open  
living space and an additional 800 square foot patio with ocean  
views.   
 
Imagine the perfect Laguna Beach summer day- a sunny afternoon spent  
at Crescent Beach; (one of the most picturesque coves in all of  
Laguna) boogie boarding, snorkeling, or just soaking in the warm  
beach rays, followed by a Bar-B-Q on the large open air patio,  
watching the sun set over a bottle of wine. 
 
The home features a large side patio with grass area and hedges for  
privacy, overlooking the ocean with provided seating for 10 (but can  
accommodate much more).  French doors open from the living room onto  
the patio creating a sun-filled open living space.  The home also  
features a lush backyard complete with large grassy area.

table, 3 at the bar). 
 
* Side Patio- 800 square feet, ocean views, available seating for 10  
(but can accommodate much more), hammock, grassy area (perfect for  
croquet!), privacy hedges.

Activities and Attractions

Crescent Beach is just a 4-minute walk from the home, Downtown  
Laguna and Main Beach about a 15-minute walk, and the best hiking and  
mountain biking (all with ocean views) just a 5-minute walk behind  
the home. 
 
Laguna Beach is one of the most cultural and activity diverse towns  
in all of California.  It is home to the famous Pageant of the  
Masters (July- August), as well as great shopping, art galleries,  
museums, restaurants, bars, and an endless list of daytime  
activities. 
 
Due to its "hillsides on the beach" landscape, only Laguna Beach can  
offer a list of water activities (swimming, snorkeling, diving,  
kayaking, surfing, boogie boarding, jet skiing, and boating) coupled  
with some of the best land activities (hiking, mountain biking, and  
trail running) all with fabulous ocean views!  And don't forget  
about the many beach activities (sunbathing, volleyball, basketball,  
running, and frisbee) 
 
Nearby activities also include Disneyland (only 20 minutes away),  
Catalina Island (40-minutes away on the Catalina Flyer), golf,  
tennis, movie theaters, racquetball, miniature golf, and fishing!
