Vacation Rental Description

Brand New 2005 and furnished with almost all new furniture 
throughout and ready to be lived in. Selected furnishings are of 
personal choice and not generic for rental purposes. Located on a 
quiet street and close to all shopping, restaurants, banking and 
medical facilities.

Master Bedroom is furnished for comfort with a pillow top queen 
mattress and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is also 
furnished with a queen sized bed and has access directly to the 
screened lanai complete with table and chairs for your outdoor 
enjoyment.

Split Design offer the Master bedroom and full bath on one side and 
the second bedroom and den, with full bath in between, on the other 
side. The 3rd bedroom is used as a den with TV, computer with high 
speed internet access, and a large, leather reclining chair for 
relaxing, reading or watching TV.

Fully Outfitted Kitchen is ready for the casual meal or a seven 
course dinner. An island work area with two stools separate the 
dining area and the open living room. Take your meal out to the 
lanai through the sliding glass doors and enjoy the privacy of the 
outdoors. 

Relax and watch your favorite, 180 channel, cable TV program in the 
living room, on a high definition 32 inch LCD TV. Then turn on the 
surround sounds for the finest in viewing pleasure. Select from our 
DVD collection for the adventurous and curious.

The Villages is a very active 55+ community with many family 
activities also available for grandchildren and others. You may want 
the (optional) Villages Amenity Transfer ID Card to give you full 
access to all amenities. Golf cart paths are provided for access 
throughout The Villages.

No Pets or Smokers are allowed by our insurance carrier and our 
allergies. We hope you understand. Smoking outside the home is your 
choice.

Golf Cart is complimentary and not included in the rental price. it 
is equiped for wet weather and night driving. 
Bring your golf clubs (if you are a golfer), suitcase and desire to 
relax and enjoy the many free activities that can be yours at The 
Villages and live in our very comfortable retirement home for the 
duration.

All Utilities, HD cable TV, computer with high speed 
internet access, garbage pickup, local phone service, lawn service, 
gas and electric utilities are provided. Optional, is the Villages 
Amenity Transfer ID Card ($50, one time for your rental period).

Utility Room: Washer, Dryer, Vacumn cleaner, Iron and ironing board

Den and Living Room: Dell Demensions 2400 computer with 17 inch LCD 
monitor and high speed internet access, Books, DVD collection, 
Cribbage board 
Whole House: Two TVs, Linens and towels, Clock radio, Telephone with 
24/7 no charge long distance service in USA, Canada and several 
foreign countries(France and Italy for example). Talk all you want 
whenever you want, and all the extras for your home away from home.

Nightly Entertainment, Dancing, Dining, Movies and Specialty shops 
are located in the two town squares of Spanish Springs and Lake 
Sumter Landing, only minutes away. Visit the many Florida State 
Parks, Historic sites or the Orlando Amusement Attractions within an 
hour drive.

Activities and Attractions

22 Golf Courses, and others are being built, you pay only a small 
trail fee on the Executive courses. The Championship course have a 
nominal green fee.

the ranges and nightly entertainment and dancing at the the Village 
Square (more wildlife viewing).

Jan-Mar 2009      $3200/month 1 month min. stay

$500 security deposit must be received to guarantee your requested 
time period of stay. Will not be applied toward rent or included in 
the rental cost.

All rates are subject to change until security deposit is received 
and your requested dates are confirmed.

Negotiable, very low rental rates for combined seasons of 6 months 
or more.

2010 bookings will have an escape clause by December 1, 2008 without penalty or any questions asked 
in the event of life events that require cncellation.
