3 block from the famous 5th avenue.  5th avenue is filled with 
restaurants and shops for your enjoyment, the streee is closed to 
traffic so it very comfortable to stoll along.  Casa Puerto De Mar 
also offers a view of a cenote (natural waterfall) from our patio 
and is poolside allowing easy enjoyment.  There is ground access for 
easy entry to the condo and the pool.  This is the great location 
for your vacation!  No worry about catching buses or taxis 
everything you would every want is walking distance from Casa Peurto 
De Mar.

Casa Peurto De Mar is brand new and has all new, modern and very 
beautiful furniture.  All the appliances are brand new and in great 
condition.  You will be shocked at how spacious (1800 sq. ft.) this 
property is and the beauty will impress you and your guests.  Our 
property manager is local and very attentive to all your needs.  She 
manages the cleaning staff, set-ups rides to and from the airport at 
your request and can advise you on all that Playa Del Carmen and the 
area has to offer.  She is also a cook and would love to make you 
and your guests and wonderful authentic Mexican meal.  Enjoy our 
beautiful pool side patio this decorated with local flowers and 
plants.

Low Season:     May 01, 2006  thru Nov. 18, 2006      $850 Weekly
High Season:    Nov. 19, 2006 thru Dec. 15, 2006      $1295 Weekly 
Inter-Season:   Dec. 16, 2006 thru Dec. 23, 2006      $1595 Weekly
Holiday:        Dec. 24, 2006 thru Jan. 07, 2007      $2600 Weekly
High Season:    Jan. 08, 2007 thru April 30, 2007     $1495 Weekly

Please inquire about nightly and monthly rates.

Deposits:
20% Deposit to secure rental.  Balance due 45 days prior to rental.  
Balance due 60 days for Holiday rentals.  $400 US security/damage 
deposit

Cancellation and Return Policy:
Deposit is refundable up to 45 days before scheduled occupancy, less 
$400 US charge. 60 days for Holidays
