Our home offers 4 bdrm, bath w/ shower. Private, lovely cottage 
right on the lake!  92 feet of frontage, split between beach 
(gradual descent) and breakwall.  Beautiful, flat yard with room to 
play or relax! Adjacent to approx. 300 ft of natural beach.  Along 
with the large L shaped dock, this makes it a great vacation spot 
for families with children of any age.  We have room for your boat 
too!  Email or call us for details on the size of the boat ramp 
system available during the prime season.  Come with just your 
family or share it with friends.  

We’re located at 610 West Lake Road, only 6 miles North of 
Hammondsport, NY. The address has changed to 12388 Oak Bend, but our 
location has not!  Enjoy the beautiful sunrises from almost every 
room in the house, the porch or from the yard.  The 
Keuka Lake area has so much to see and do you’ll have a hard time 
fitting every thing in!   You can stay right at the cottage and play 
in the yard, hike the trails, swim off the dock, play on the beach, 
fish, sing by the campfire, and enjoy the lake views including the 
bluff!   Or you can make a quick trip to shop at the historic 
Village Square of Hammondsport, visit the wineries (all around the 
lake), or see the many other attractions listed further on (See 
Activities & Attractions).  The wineries with the tours are on our 
side of the lake, but enjoy a tour around the entire lake for wine 
tastings everywhere!

This cottage has sleeping for a maximum of 8 people and has all of 
the amenities you’ll need to enjoy your stay.  We have off-street 
parking for 4 vehicles.  
So that others may enjoy our lawn and to avoid septic issues we
allow a maximum of 12 people to visit our property
at a given time.  Sleep over guests are NOT to exceed 8 people.
We do not allow tents on our lawn.  

Many families have rented with us and now come back for two weeks 
every year!  Join our family of renters…..

Our cottage is clean, clean.  We have replaced the carpet in June of 
2006. Fresh paint downstairs, new blinds on all windows downstairs 
and new valances.  New quilts on 2 out of 4 beds upstairs. In the 
fall of 2006 we added on to our parking area to make parking for 4 
vehicles or 3 with most boat trailers.  Half of the steps 
have been re-done. This amount of parking on the same side as the 
cottage is a luxury on Keuka Lake.  No having to run across 54A!!

Note:  This cottage has a “no pets” and “no smoking” policy as is 
quite typical on Keuka Lake Properties.  We allow a maximum of 8 people  
to sleep at the cottage; a maximum of 12 to visit at one time.
Do not inquire if you cannot abide by these rules.

Renters provide:  bed linens (sheets & pillowcases), towels, paper 
products

Vacation Rental Amenities

4 Bedrooms:  
	Master bdrm: double bed & view of lake
	2nd bdrm: double bed & view of lake
	3rd bdrm: bunk twin beds & view of lake
	4th bdrm: double bed

Living Room: New 20" flat screen Color TV w/ DVD, Cable TV with CNN, 
ESPN, etc, & VCR player. We have a choice of VHS and DVD movies. 
Also provided are books, cards, puzzles, & board games for family 
fun! 

Kitchen:  Microwave, stove, oven, full sized refrigerator, 4 & 2 
slice toasters, coffee maker, etc.  Fully stocked with new pots/pans/
(2006) dishes/utensils. New wine glasses, coffee cups, etc. 
Bring your own dish towels and paper products.

Outside:  Large gas grill, picnic table, lawn chairs, porch 
furniture, and fire pit.  Porch is covered.

We have baseboard electric heat for the early spring and fall 
rentals.  

Parking: 4 or 5 vehicles or 3 vehicles and your boat trailer.  
Call/email for details.

Boat Ramp: Keep your boat out of the water in the evenings/during 
storms.  Covered storage.  See photos & call/email for details.  
Available prime season.  Limited size can fit on rails.  Boat launch 
& gas 1/2 mile away!

Activities and Attractions

Keuka Lake is central to many of the Finger Lake attractions.  If 
you decide to venture away from the cottage (and you might not) 
there are many things to do close by.

Less than ½ hour away: Hammondsport (old fashioned ice cream parlor, 
historic square, gift & antique shopping), Glen Curtiss Aviation 
Museum, Several Winery Tours & Tastings, Taylor Wine Museum, Keuka 
Lake Dinner Boat, go kart track, Wind Mill Craft & Farm Market , 
Country Club, Yacht Club, historic homes & museum in Penn Yan.

½ - 1 hour away: Watkins Glens, Corning Glass Museum, Granger 
Homestead Museum, Roseland Waterpark.

We have a wonderful notebook at the cottage with maps & pamphlets of 
the many things to do in the region.  
 
Enjoy the serenity of the lake. Swim, boat (bring your own), hike, 
enjoy an old fashioned camp fire, visit museums or Visit historic 
Hammondsport or Penn Yan, dine on the lake, or visit additional 
wineries around nearby lakes.

Fall Foliage:
Have you ever seen the Finger Lakes of New York State in the fall?
Prepare to have your eyes awakened by the colors and beauty of Keuka 
Lake.  Fall Season is the time to awaken your taste buds by visiting 
the more than 10 wineries just on Keuka Lake alone!  Some wineries 
very close include Bully Hill, Heron Hill, MacGregor (thank you for 
the winter pics, visit their website to see more beautiful pictures 
of Keuka in the fall), & Pleasant Valley, just to name a few.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates for 2008 Season  
 

Please note: We keep this website's calendar up to date at ALL 
times.  Please hit the "Check calendar" tab before calling or 
emailing us regarding available dates.  Thank you!  

Rates are determined by date of first night's rental.  Rentals go 
from Saturday to Saturday during the prime times.

April weekly rate of $575; nightly rate of $150(3 nights 
minimum), $175 per night for 2 night stays.

May (Except May 31st week) weekly rate of $650; nightly rate of $175 (3 nights 
minimum) or $200 per night for 2 night stays.

May 31st week: $750 per week.  Nightly rate of $200 (3 nights 
minimum) or $225 per night for 2 night stays.


June weekly rate of $800; nightly rate of $200 (3 nights 
minimum) or $225 per night for 2 night stays.

July & Aug: weekly rate of $1700. No nightly rates. 

Sept 6 week: weekly rate only $1200.   
Sept 13 week weekly rate of $1000. 3 night minimum 
rate of $200 per night, 2 night stay $225 per night.  Reservations 
for partial weeks not accepted/confirmed until August 15th.

Remainder of September,October & early November weekly rate of 
$800.  Nightly rate of $175 with 3 nights minimum.  Nightly rate of 
$200 with two night stay. Can be confirmed anytime.
