a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen can accommodate 6 diners with
additional seating for 2 at the countertop area and a sliding
glass “pocket door” that opens to the lanai and pool area (with pass
through bar). The living room has vaulted ceilings and a 27”
Panasonic flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a library of movies,
CDs and books.
The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms for added
privacy and has a private bath with walk in shower,

The pool and lanai have an eastern exposure for cool summertime
seating and is sheltered from the wind in winter. The lanai is
equipped with a modern gas barbecue.

Everything is provided to make your vacation complete, incl. bed
linens and bath linens. Brand new appliances, washer/dryer too.

Flamingo Residence offers luxury accommodation for six:
The fully tiled property has a Master bedroom with bathroom and walk
in closet, King-size bed and panoramic views over the waterfront.
The two guest bedrooms are on the other side of the living area – one
with a Queen bed and one with twin beds. Both are located adjacent to
a full bathroom.
The kitchen is full equipped with fridge-freezer, coffee maker,
toaster, micro-wave, saucepans etc. No need to bring anything – just
yourselves!
The living area has comfortable leather couches, chair, Panasonic
stereo unit with CD/radio, a Panasonic 27” flat screen TV with DVD and Internet Access (wireless)

We call Cape Coral 'Paradise' for so many reasons: year round
sunshine and balmy breezes ... beautiful, unspoiled beaches ...
scenic nature trails filled with awe inspiring plants and
wildlife ... plentiful parks and green spaces ... attractions and
things to do for every interest ... and, of course miles and miles of
waterways just made for boating, fishing or sightseeing.
Nearby Sanibel and Captiva islands are renowned for their untouched
quality. There are no advertising hoardings or neon signs, just lush
unspoiled scenery with lots of wildlife, and beautiful beaches where
shell hunting is an island obsession. The restaurants are top class
and there is an air of lazy romance everywhere you go.

Fort Myers beach is much more lively with lots of family restaurants
and bars along Estero Boulevard. There are also a lot of attractions
such as boat cruises, mini-golf, factory outlet shopping and the
house of Thomas Edison.

spotting, and you can spy dolphins all year round.
