enjoyment for up to 5 people.  Reduced green fees at El Tigre, a new and exciting kids club, a 
private beach club, a tennis and raquetball center are just part of the benefits of the social 
pass.  We highly reccommend this to make the most of your vacation in Paradise Village.This newly 
available 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in the 
Grand Marina Villas has 1500 sq ft of living space. Living room is equipped with T.V./VCR/DVD/CD 
player.  Master bedroom with king sized bed, TV/DVD.  Second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and TV.  
The condo will comfortably sleep 6 guests.  Large patio overlooking well groomed gardens.  24/7 
security and the complex is fully gated.  It is equipped with a washer /dryer and all appliances. 
You can rest and relax around the private condo pool, hot tub, bar-b-que palapa, umbrellas and 
chairs and lounges while overlooking the marina waterway.  You can take a 5 minute stroll through 
the Resort.  Volleyball, waverunners and parasailing await you.  Enjoy fine dining at the Resort and 
a wonderful massage at Palenque Spa.
Just steps from the condo is a shopping plaza, where 
you'll find many shops and restaurants, including Mc Donalds, Subway 
and Dominos. There is also a grocery store if you choose to dine 
in,  or take a 20 
minute taxi ride downtown to the Beach Wall and the always exciting 
and different night life.
