Advertised as sleeping six, however, may accomodate sleeping eight with Queen Sleeper Sofa in living room. Utilities included.
The grounds are favorable to lawn activities, including but not limited to, croquet,
volleyball,flashlite tag, etc.; in addition to waterfront activities such as swimming, boating,
sailing, fishing, catching some zzz's or just relaxing.

This home is 5 minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment. Further on down the road is The
Danbury Railway Museum(Danbury),Brookfield Craft Center(Brookfield)and the Danbury Fair Mall all
within 15-20 mins. Towns of New Milford, Litchfield and Kent are within a 45 minute drive-north.
The Maritime Aquarium(Norwalk) Antiques Captial of CT(Woodbury), Golden Age of Trucking Museum
(Middlebury), American Clock & Watch Museum(Bristol),Lake Compounce Family Theme Park

2009 Rental Rates as follows:

Six Month rental from November 2009 thru April 2010 @ $2500.00 per month(utilities included).

2010 Seasonal Rates as follows:

$2,500.00 per week in the months of May 2010 thru October 2010

 
-Dates cannot be reserved until a $500 deposit is received in the form of a Bank Check, Money Order
or Certified Check. Authorized Tenant must sign Rental Agreement and provide a copy of a valid Driver's license. Occupants under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.
