luxurious villa has a Private Pool and Spa.  Our spacious villa has  
an amazing floor area of 3,431 sq feet.  Accommodating 10 – 12 people  
comfortably, this villa is perfect for family get-togethers or 2  
families sharing.  Enjoying Spectacular Views onto Conservation Land,  
our private villa is the perfect place to relax after a fun filled  
day at the nearby theme parks.  Conveniently located just off US 27  
with easy access to Interstate 4 you will be near the major  
attractions.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our family friendly Villa has 5 bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms, including  
3 en-suite masters.  No expense has been spared on the luxurious  
upgrades we have added to our villa.  From the sumptuous leather  
sofas, individually designed over-sized Pool and Spa (including fibre- 
optic night light display), to the wide screen surround-sound TV in  
the Family Room.  After a full day at the theme parks or nearby golf  
courses, chill out in the fully equipped Games Room which includes  
pool table, air hockey and table football.  The spacious Loft Area  
contains a large sofa, TV and Playstation.  Our house is fully air- 
conditioned, fully furnished and family friendly.  For your complete  
peace of mind, our local management company will be on call to assist  
you at all times of the day and night.

stay in the Florida, Davenport / Kissimmee area.
