King Louie’s Palace is located in the exclusive Seasons community, 5.5 miles from Walt Disney World,

restaurants of central Florida. With 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious
vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 16 people (max. 12 adults) comfortably.

King Louie’s Palace is rated a 5 Star Signature Villa, by our management company. Villas of this
caliber exhibit the highest standards of accommodations with first class amenities. This 3300 sq ft
villa has been tastefully decorated by an Interior Designer taking comfort, convenience and luxury
into consideration.

You’ll find 4 King Master Bedrooms ( 2 En-Suite) all with pillow-top mattresses, 1 Queen Bedroom
with pillow-top mattress, 1 Double twin bedroom with PS2 System and Games and 1 Double twin bunks
bedroom all with Cable TV’s and Alarm Clocks with AM/FM Radios. We also provide a Pack and Play
Crib, High Chair and Stroller at no extra charge for your young travelers.

Additional amenities include Large Extended Pool Deck with Private Pool and 6 Person Spillover Spa,
Game Room featuring 2 Video Arcade Systems, Large Stainless Steel Gas BBQ Grill and High Speed

The Villa has a spacious family room to relax in together during the day or evening, with luxurious
furnishings, 2 plush sofas, 60” large screen cable TV and DVD Player, Home Theater System with
movies & high speed wireless internet access. There's also a separate living room providing extra
space, and the perfect place for that peaceful haven for the adults to get away from it all.

Step outside the kitchen and enjoy the Floridian sunshine as you have fun together in our sparkling
crystal clear private pool. Or why not sit in our luxurious 6 person 32” deep acrylic spillover spa
with contour seating and let the powerful soothing jets relax your tired muscles as you listen to
the water cascade in to the main pool after an exciting day at the theme parks…there’s nothing
better! The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for
young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with
additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

room, featuring 2 full size Video Arcade Systems providing many hours of fun playing over 30 games
