equipped for your every need, to make your stay as comfortable and
cozy as possible. Take a nice trail walk in this wooded community or
take advantage of this 700 acre resort amenities, including swimming
pool, lake, golf course, tennis courts, and more.

Located within minutes of the High Country’s most beautiful
attractions (Grandfather Mountain, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Linville
Falls and Caverns, Beech and Sugar Mountain ski resorts) the Welcome
Bear Cabin is ideally situated for your High Country Experience.

Welcome Bear is fully furnished. Relax with cable TV, high speed
internet access, VCR/DVD/CD
players, books, movies, pool table and dart board. Sit out on one of
two out door decks and enjoy listening to the sound of the running
water from lake below and sizzle of steaks grilling on the gas grill.

The Kitchen is recently renovated with new Stove/Range, Refrigerator
with Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher and is fully furnished with
Cooking Utensils. Linens, pillows and blankets are provided. There is
a new Washer & Dryer
Also new is High Speed Broadband Internet Access (both wired &
wireless)at no additional charge.
Enjoy the Flat Panel LCD 32” widescreen HDTV with cable and
DVD/CD/VCR Player, additional 27” TV w/cable DVD/VCR Player, Wood
burning Stone Fireplace, 2 Decks w/furniture, Stainless Steel BBQ

Regular Rates
$155.00 per day (Mon-Thu) $175 (Fri-Sat-Sun). Minimum 2 day rental.
Weekly rate $1000. There is an additional one time cleaning fee of
$85 on all stays.
Rates may vary on holidays.
